Many of us have events in our lives, that appear as a ‘fork in the road’ where a decision has to be made. As we reflect back on these decisions, they appear to be significant turning points in our life that propel us in a new direction. Can you relate to this? Do any events in your life appear like that for you?

Most people when they want to change something, they normally wait until things – their environment, their health, finances, work, relationship etc are at a crisis point before they are propelled and motivated to change it.

I know that was me, I was living unconsciously under a lot of stress – putting up with unfulfilled jobs, wanting to ‘fit in’, being a certain way, doing and saying certain things to ‘please’ people. Although with this ‘conditioned’ behaviour I was moving further away from my true essence, living a ‘lie’ and as a result my body and my world were moving further out of alignment, balance and harmony.

I see similar patterns of ‘just existing’ in sooooo many people these days, and it doesn’t have to be that way.

If you’re familiar with my story, you’ll know that I had to receive a ‘health crisis’ and a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) diagnosis back in October 2014, as my ‘wake up’ call to finally change elements of my life. Looking back in hindsight, all the signs were there in my past, but I was just ignoring them …. forever re-living in the past and being anxious about some aspects of my future. Living my life at full pelt, probably appearing healthy on the outside to others, although internally it was clear that my body was breaking down.

Within the next nine month period, I started listening to my body’s needs, reversed MS, incorporated a more holistic lifestyle and ran a marathon.

Looking back at the moment I received the diagnosis, like so many other people who have received news of their own health crisis and turned it around, I see it as a ‘blessing’ as my turning point for making the decision to put me and my health first, creating my own blueprint for the future, choosing a life that’s sustainable.

I’m now blessed that I can share the tools I’ve learnt, and help other people who find themselves in a similar situation. This allows them to find their own inner peace, listen to their heart and their body’s needs, overcome a health crisis, regain vitality and create the life they’ve always wanted.

Take a moment to stop and breath. Tune in to heart, your intuition and listen to your body’s ‘real’ needs. If you listen, it will always guide you. You have more potential inside you than you can ever imagine. It’s time to WAKE UP and TUNE IN.

And remember

Wish It … Dream It … Do It!
